360° Operational Marketing Intern

The 360° Operational Marketing Intern will be part of an agile 360° team located in our Geneva head office. He/She will work closely with our marketing, communication and merchandising project leaders on the development of our best-selling Immortelle skincare line.

MISSIONS

  • Participate to new product development: concept definition, formula and packaging development, redact product texts, follow-up claims validation with our regulatory teams…
  • Develop tools for 360° campaigns: POS, mailing, emailing, brochures, digital communication, and other operational marketing tools, with our creative agency
  • Enrich presentations for launch notes & toolboxes provided to our key countries
  • Organize test & learn operations with our communities of customers and Bas (brainstorming…)
  • Develop insightful competitive reviews integrating latest campaigns & trends
  • Deliver monthly business analysis and recommendations

PROFILE

  • Students looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (internsgip agreement mandatory)
  • Fluency in French and English is key
  • Speaking Chinese or having a work/life experience in China is a strong plus
  • Previous internship experience in marketing or in a communication/merchandising agency is a plus.
  • Ability to understand the brand, the retail and cosmetic environment
