As the Procurement Business Partner you will be responsible for the negotiation, creation, and management of contracts with 3rd Party Product suppliers for those products that enhance Corteva’s offering in close cooperation with the European Business Development Manager.

Our Europe & Africa Middle East Business Development constantly reviews the agricultural market and identifies 3rd Party Products (3PP) that Corteva’s customers value and need, adding them to our overall offering and ensuring that we extend and enhance our relationships.

Each year we add/replace about 40 new 3PP to our portfolio, each representing business significant opportunities for additional revenue. With careful negotiation this additional revenue also comes with very healthy margins.

Your Challenge:

  • Managing about 70 larger contracts, often with major agricultural companies
  • On-boarding new suppliers
  • Managing the entire Supplier Lifecycle in the relationship
  • Understand the Business needs, be able to translate Business opportunity into real Business, be able to assess the Business case
  • Establish the role and take ownership for 3PP in the E AME region
  • Develop a strategy to understand/manage the large number of local/national deals and contracts

  • Work closely with the E AME Business Development Manager
  • Marketing and Commercial Teams
  • Portfolio Leaders

Any of the Commercial Unit hubs (Munich, Paris, Versoix, etc.,)
