Account Manager – Fragrances –

As an Account Manager in the Fragrance division , you will contribute to the growth of accounts, support local account strategies and related activities. You will directly report to the Sales Director EAME, Fragrance Ingredients .

In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be the following:
Develop Business: You will always act in order to grow our Business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines; It includes that you will cultivate customer relationships within portfolio of accounts.
Monitor customer and competitor: You will be responsible of following the activity and you will maintain customer information updated; You will also track Account Plans for key accounts; Moreover, you will develop and deliver internal and customer presentations; You will create opportunities for our business to participate in targeted briefs; You will identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission; Last but not least, you will manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Account Management: You will lead transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production; You will be in charge of following KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) and you will take corrective actions if necessary; Furthermore, you will negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines; you will manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget etc. for key accounts; In your daily work you will comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines.

Your professional profile includes:
- University Degree in Business Administration or other discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Account Management function.
- Experience in Fragrance industry is preferred.
- Competent in computer software especially Excel File, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in basic economics and financial matters will be an advantage.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Presentation skills and analytical skills.
- Strategic Agility in Account Management and planning.
- Project management and negotiation skills
