Spring Professional is looking for an Administrative Assistant, bilingual French & English for its client, international company based in Geneva.
- Handling incoming phone calls (switchboard, call transfers), provide information to callers, deal with queries
- Receiving and sort mail as well as deliveries
- Managing correspondence in French and English
- Providing extensive calendar management (schedule & maintain all calendar items)
- Meeting rooms management and meeting scheduling
- Making appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurants and other bookings related to the team
- Providing administrative support to teams
- Managing facilities and various procurement (stationery, coffee, water, etc.)
- Dividing accurately expenses between various accounts/branches
- Organizing internal events
- Commercial CFC, professional college diploma, FCPM or above
- A successful experience on a similar position, within a fast-moving and challenging environment
- French mother tongue with very good communication skills (written and spoken), you are perfectly fluent in English and German (C1 minimum)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Good structured and synthetic approach, flexible, autonomous and great team player
