The Global Commercial Strategy team is looking for a COMMERCIAL KNOWLEDGE MANAGER
Who are we?
Commercial Strategy is a global function in the Marketing & Sales HeadQuarter Department that is responsible for developing Route to Consumer strategies across multiple categories to enable the most competitive and future fit Route to Consumer in any environment. We provide strategic guidance to optimise JTI markets’ Route to Consumer through effective commercial knowledge sharing and tailored on the ground functional support.
What will you actually do?
Optimise JTI markets’ Route to Consumer by managing and disseminating Commercial Knowledge
As part of the Commercial Strategy HQ team, you will be responsible for developing, harvesting and managing commercial knowledge to guide and support JTI market teams with their objective of operating the most competitive and future proof Route to Consumer.
You will be expected to establish and maintain strong working relationships across the team, other functions and external agencies to ensure that all stakeholders seeking strategic guidance or training across the route to consumer capabilities have access to relevant support in a timely manner.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for building and managing an up-to-date catalogue of Route to Consumer capability skills and knowledge principles, content and business cases ensuring a robust cross category support portfolio relevant for different market stages and operating environments.

What are we looking for?
You as a professional:
University Degree (Marketing, Business preferably) and / or MBA
5-10 years of proven management experience in brand /trade/digital marketing and/or Sales
Participated in projects related to consumer experience management and/or B2B/B2C digital engagement
Experience working on projects in the reduced risk product categories or similar categories
Fluent written and spoken English language skills. Additional languages would be an advantage
Strong project management expertise with recent proven record and can work cross functionally
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple cultures
Proactive, able to take initiative and drive results while striving to improve standards
Ability to think creatively, inject fresh concepts and with good analytical skills
Interested in gaining international experience and broadening exposure of diverse business challenges
