POSTING PRESENTATION:

Digital Customer Experience Expert
The CX UX Expert is part of the Digital Customer Experience team and acts as an ambassador of digital customer experience within ST and in front of suppliers.
The key success factor of this role will be the ability to secure alignments in a matrix organisation and CX/UX specifications process with sharp execution focus. The successful candidate will have a good balance of hands on, entrepreneurial UI/UX experience in areas such as eCommerce, with the right soft skills to thrive in a large organization such as ST Microelectronics.
Responsibilities
Responsible for project management of UX evolutions of the ST digital ecosystem (Mobile, desktop, and from GUI and Customer Experience perspective.
Identify business processes alongside the Web Manager, analyse user needs, assist in requirements definition
Be the go-to person, in association with our selected agency for design browser-based interfaces, and design and coordinate usability testing
Prioritize project deliverables, understand dependencies, and be the voice of customer needs.
Define and implement A/B, MV tests and follow up
Elicit business goals and user needs from stakeholders
Use quantitative and qualitative data to advocate for and design innovative solutions
Assist with coordination of project task and activities relates to User Interface and User Experience
When the project requires, manages designs with Agency and accountable to achieve high standards of those designs.
Design brief writer and specifications, follow up, implementation coordination with MarTech team. Scope of work processing owner.
Designs creative assets library guidelines ongoing maintenance.

Mobile Experience
Collects business requirements for ongoing development and alignment of mobile ecosystem at ST from current status to future one.
Define roadmap for developments and align requirements across teams.
Requirements
BSC degree minimum, with Masters in a related field a distinctive plus.
Experience with the essentials of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, risk management, change management, communication planning)
Experience with Agile and traditional software development methodologies, including Project Management tools such as Jira/Confluence
Has knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with experience using Adobe Marketing Suite (AEM in particular) as a strong plus.
Has high skills of Graphic design and UX Prototyping/Wireframing using mainstream tools
Sound understanding of Google/Adobe Analytics and key UX metrics
Good exposure of native app development (IOS)
Experience with working in Agile Projects
Experience in research methods for computer human interaction developments.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to high standard
    Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written), any additional language a plus
    Eligible to work in Switzerland
    Deep understanding of user engagement and acquisition models B2B and B2C.
    Experience motivating collaboration in cross-functional teams
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders
    Proven ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
    Good business acumen to manage diverse stakeholder population
