Within our EAME Distribution Headquarters located in Geneva, we offer a complete Graduate Internship Program for a period of 13 months from 1 July 2020 – 31 July 2021

Department: Human Services Division

You will assist the HR specialists in several specific projects:

  • Manage full recruitment process for temporary positions (screening/selection, job posting, interviewing, decision making, contract related administration)
  • Support Talent Acquisition Consultant with junior permanent recruitment needs
  • Support recruitment process for the Graduate Internship Program 2020-2021
  • Coordinate development paths and onboarding program for the Graduate Interns, including 4 months Marketing Induction Program (MIP)
  • Coordinate and participate to student career fairs and internal events
  • HR Management System (HRMS) administration using PeopleSoft and Taleo/Workday, benefits related administration including AVS, family allowances, military service, illness and accident follow up
  • Manage HR administration including work permit administration, work certificates, various attestations and lifecycle of employees
  • Manage invoicing administration related to temporary recruitment (agency monthly payments) and expatriates (housing and utilities)


Our job requirements are:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and French (minimum C1 level), any other European language would be an asset
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office skills, notably Excel
  • Process optimizer, multitask and quick learner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Flexibility and excellent organizational skills – the position provides support to different areas of the department
  • Proven ability to perform independently and with initiative
  • Aptitude to handle confidential and sensitive topics in a variety of circumstances, including data analysis, budgets and presentations
  • Swiss citizen or a holder of a valid B/C work permit, or eligible for a G cross-border work permit

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (minimum BA and/or MA) in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Management or equivalent background
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Human Resources department, preferably in the recruitment field in Switzerland

Desired Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in internal/ external permanent recruitment in a multinational company in Switzerland
  • 1-3 years’ experience in temporary workforce management (cooperation with agencies, labor laws) in Switzerlan

Summary – Job responsibilities

Recruitment coordination (60%)

Creation and follow up of Taleo/Workday requisitions

Screening and short-listing with hiring managers for temporary workforce and support for junior permanent openings

Interview schedule and administration

Participation and facilitation of phone and formal interviews, consensus meetings

Work permit administration

Lifecycle of employees: attestations and work certificates issuance, unemployment attestation, newcomers onboarding coordination, Exit process administration

Support to Graduate Internship Program recruitment process (March-July)

Mid-year review coordination for temporary workforce and graduates (November-January)

Project management: HR Shared Drive transition project

Coordination/ Participation to Career fairs (EPFL, Geneva University) and internal events (National Boys & Girls Day, Grenoble factory visit)
Marketing Induction Program (MIP) coordination

Support to Induction Day for Graduate Interns
