CP COO Business Transformation drives the “change the bank” agenda through the evolution and transformation of the Lombard Odier operating model (across processes, people and technology) in accordance to business (client and front-office) needs and the overall bank strategy. The successful candidate will work within Business Transformation and be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more Investment Solution projects.
Manage the delivery of multiple Investment Solution projects while keeping all stakeholders and sponsors informed
Determine time frames, funding needs, and procedures for the successful delivery of projects
Collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and across multiple departments, especially T&O to drive the execution of complex projects
Ensure the review of possible risks, issues and dependencies that could impact delivery and either resolve or escalate as appropriate
Establish and maintain project level governance including executive level reporting to fulfil stakeholder requirements on progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, resource utilization, issues and benefits
More than 5 years relevant work experience in a project management role e.g. as a current or former management consultant in financial services
Familiarity with private banking products, technology and financial instruments
A proven self-starter; ability to operate independently and lead large projects with limited oversight
Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment – strong sense of urgency
Can achieve results by building consensus across organizational and functional lines and in managing stakeholders in a matrix environment
Detail oriented; demonstrates initiative, thoroughness and strong ownership of work
Has demonstrated a structured approach to delivery: proven ability to chair meetings with clear agenda, inputs and documented outputs
Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
Fluent in English and French; excellent communication (written and verbal), networking, influencing and presentation skills
Resident in Switzerland or willingness to re-locate
