LS CH Domestic Sales Admin – Beckman Coulter Life Sciences – Genf, GE

What is your impact in this role You belong to the Switzerland (Domestic) Sales Administration and reporting to Customer Service Life Science Europe. You are highly experienced with submission of business Tenders in the Swiss Domestic market. Team and results oriented, you demonstrate the flexibility that contributes to overall goals & KPI’s. You demonstrate ability to prioritize workload in a constantly changing environment to keep pace with customer demand, commercial objectives, and organizational growth. This is a dedicated role; on top of this activity, your skill set and experience will be used to support other areas of our European Life Science business as referenced below: Supporting the following: · Submission of Tenders with all required authority, approval & documentation · Establish quotes, profitability calculation & price lists · May be required to translate technical documents into regional local language (English, French & German) · Support coordination of Instrument Demonstrations, Exhibitions and Marketing · Sales Contract & Pricing Agreement administration and renewal – Oracle OKC Sales Contract module · Supplier Form completion / Response · Liaise with Field Sales & Europe Sales Management by product line · Liaise with internal departments as required including: Logistics & Distribution, Local Purchasing, Finance & IT · Provide back up Sales Administration support in Europe as required · Provide backup Customer Service support for DACH region · Provide support in business analysis & process improvement using MS Office suite • Minimum 3 years in a similar role and able to demonstrate evidence/references relating to: Strong knowledge & expertise with legal documentation requirements, dealings with Swiss Authorities & Tender submission • Language skills must include fluent spoken and written: English, German & French. Italian an advantage. • MS Office 365 Suite with High Level Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, V Look Up & Macros • Previous Experience/Knowledge of Oracle OKC Sales Contract Module highly desirable • Lean Six Sigma / DBS (Danaher Business Systems) tools and processes to drive results and process improvement Diversity & Inclusion At Danaher, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
