To support our Global Media Director and our SEO efforts in managing a growing portfolio of Beauty brands and platforms, we are looking for a SEO manager
Own and execute our global, multi-brand and sites SEO strategy
Drive actionable insights from competitors and run search/content landscape audits
Centralize and coordinate local content creation efforts and governance
Define and execute new opportunities to build authority
Own and optimize our website technical requirements following technical audits
Supervise the creation and update of SEO playbook and bibles.
Track and analyze KPIS to present monthly reports and insights.
Define a Glocal SEO process and governance
Work with the SEO agency and the development agency to coordinate and ensure delivery with excellence
Support on developing media training programs and playbook to raise the Media communication IQ of marketing/ecommerce community team
Strong knowledge of Search
Experience in managing complex ecosystems and e-commerce websites
3-5 years of experience ideally in Media agency or equivalent in FMCG
Full knowledge of Digital Media landscape, including SEO and SEA
Advanced knowledge of Omnicom/Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools.
Passion for Media and Digital
Strong project management skills
Fast learner, Strong Collaboration and communication skills
Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus, ideally B2B
