Role description:

We are looking for an Office Manager for our Head Quarters in Geneva. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication.

You should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

What you will do:

  • Manage relationships with vendors, services providers and landlord
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and bills
  • Coordinate all office equipment
  • Plan and execute office events
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Prepare employee contracts, visas and work permits applications
  • Knowledge of office manager responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with existing communication technology and willingness to adapt to new technology on a rolling basis
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
