Setting Europe & IMEA Sales strategy to deliver aggressive sales growth ( >10% annually)
Be point contact for P&G at their Brussels site and build strong client relationships across levels and functions
Drive vitality and especially define and exploit new fields of opportunity (fragrance development, technology and application of imaginative technical and commercial problem solving)
Develop organizational Sales Excellence through great coaching and training (sales fundamentals, client interaction and vitality)
Lead projects with multi-regional teams and internal partners (build action plan, pioneer new more efficient ways of working i.e. new proactive defense and challenge models, agree success criteria and keep teams on track to deliver results)
Account Director Experience.
A minimum of 10 years sales experience ideally related to fragrance
Strong drive for exceptional results from self and in others
A displayed affinity for working in and leading teams with diverse groups of individuals
Success dealing with technically experienced clients
A talent and a passion for coaching and willingness to help others succeed
