Work you’ll do: As part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation team you will work side by side with our clients to improve the quality and transparency of their IT service delivery and enable the development and operation of best-in-class IT service- and financial management models: In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll do project management in the field of IT service management, process management and conventional design of good practice IT service management organizationsYou’ll work with clients around the world to strengthen IT service management for leading Swiss and international organizations, taking into account agile principles and the impact of cloud servicesWorking on some unique projects in our field, you’ll define and implement IT service- and financial models and IT service catalogsYou will use your technical skills to evaluate and implement supporting tools (i.e. ServiceNow)Team: At Deloitte Consulting, our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists help organizations develop the strategies and implement the systems that build business value and drive performance. We have the in-depth knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT challenges around the globe, everything from system replacement to full IT transformation.
