SEO Strategist Senior Manager


ASAP until June 30, 2021

Description of the mission

  • Function as single point of contact for all brand/country combinations within the Global brand to align their digital & SEO strategies
  • Map content needs/gaps along the consumer journey and develop plans to fill them
  • Measure and report effectiveness of content experiences (organic traffic, engagement and conversions), driving optimization across the entire marketing funnel
  • Manage KPI measurement and cross-channel investment recommendations
  • Create conversion rate optimization tactics and strategies
  • Work with external agencies and internal analysts to monitor daily the content experience to ensure alignment with brand goals. Guide and direct agencies in the following activities;

    • Conduct keyword research for content articles and product pages
    • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
    • Develop link building campaigns and Digital PR strategies to attract highly authoritative links to our websites
    • Help develop and implement link building strategies and outreach initiatives
    • Work with agencies to implement technical SEO initiatives to improve the crawlability of each website
    • Roll out strategy (content, technical and design optimizations) to local markets.
  • Develop regular incremental testing strategies to ensure content experiences are optimized for search engines and personalized to meet customer needs
  • Form recommendations for how to connect the Global brands through SEO and improve the brands’ digital presence – responding strategically to the complexities of consumer purchased goods purchased in-store or online via e-retailers, within the healthcare category, in multilingual markets, relying on healthcare professionals as a key part of consumer engagement and conversion
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Required profile

At least 5-year experience in a similar position

Familiar with:

  • Affiliate & performance-based marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Customer/user experience
  • Data analytics and measurement
  • Search Engine optimization –including on and offsite SEO, eCommerce SEO and SEO for a global, non DTC brand relying on eCommerce and in-store sales
  • A growth mindset
