Manage & drive SNO SKU Portfolio processes: product Launches, changes & Portfolio Optimization management for Ferring and Third-party packaging sites to comply with regulatory and technical requirements. Ensure the coordination between relevant stakeholders in this process. In this role, the incumbent will also manage SKU lifecycle such as New product Launch, change management and discontinuation process, the goals being to optimize lead times, process efficiency, traceability and to ensure compliance while introducing, maintaining & removing a product into a market. Part of the Value Stream in SNO Organization, the SKU portfolio manager will be accountable to give visibility on the Regulatory Changes having an impact on recipes, SKU Master Data and / or release process.
Lead NPL process from needs identification (BD cases including) to launch approval (Orange Committee) and up until the first delivery, support markets in their implementation steps while promoting end to end accountability.
Lead change process for Ferring and Third-Party packaging sites to comply with Regulatory and technical requirements. Ensure the coordination between relevant stockholders in this process while applying end to end approach.
Analyze Regulatory Change Control to assess the impact within TechOps and provide recommendations / strategy of change management. Then plan their implementation in relation to production to avoid any supply impact.
Responsible to provide to the VSL stream full view on Regulatory changes, NPL, discontinuation on going in collaboration with Regulatory.
Drive Portfolio analysis by involving key stakeholders to identify and then submit improvement initiatives (ex: Discontinuation, promote shared SKUs). Then, drive the approved portfolio initiatives with end-to-end accountability while keeping tools and systems updated.
Lead, and develop direct reports including related projects.
Orchestrate and manage Global Artwork service to support compliance and efficient business operations. Develop and monitor Artwork budget.
Manage and update TPMs BOMs in the ERP
Main point of contact for VSL and Region Head for NPLs, changes and portfolio questions and decision making.
Support the Portfolio Process Manager in developing standard processes about Portfolio and then identify and promote Supply Chain complexity reduction and Supply efficiency.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
At least 7-10 years’ experience and minimum 3 -5 in the Pharmaceutical business
People management experience
Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and engineering principles – cGMP and Regulatory/CTD knowledge
Packaging or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent (could be replaced by strong experience records)
Good communication skills in writings as well as verbal in English (another language would be a plus)
Expertise in project management, hands on attitude
Any post-education program in Supply Chain Management is an asset (APICS certified)
