Talent Attraction and Employer Branding Coordinator – Page Personnel – Genf, GE

A significant professional experience (3 to 5 years) in HR including: talent sourcing, marketing and communication within an international, multinational, non-profit and/or humanitarian Organization;
Proficiency in global and multi stakeholder project management;
Proven digital excellence in implementing, deploying and managing Sourcing and Employer Branding tools as well as related actions/reporting;
LinkedIn proficiency: Recruiter license and Talent Insights modules;
Demonstrated ability to create written/visual corporate graphic content for digital marketing purposes and to run efficient communication/recruitment campaigns;
Experience in working in a remote, diverse, proactive and international team;
At ease with managing and reporting on budget plan and expenses;
At least a Bachelor degree in HR, digital marketing and/or communication;
Perfect command of written and spoken French and English;
Willing to travel abroad within the covered region (Switzerland; France; Germany, but not limited to).
