Technical Sales Agent (f/ m/ d)

YOUR MISSION

  • You are responsible for the commercial follow-up and technical advice to our customers concerning our products for French-speaking Switzerland and France
  • You handle customer orders in a commercial manner and work closely with internal departments (purchasing, engineering, international logistics center, etc.)
  • You will clarify technical questions and draw up appropriate offers
  • You are the information channel for internal and external contacts
  • You generate leads and implement targeted sales initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical apprenticeship and further education
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a similar commercial function within the industry
  • Fluent in French and English; German is an asset
  • A strong willingness to provide services combined with negotiation skills
  • A communicative, extroverted and sales-oriented personality
