In the position of Senior Media Manager – Retail Hair your will support our Media Director in managing a growing portfolio of Beauty brands across various Performance marketing activities and Media. This Manager will act as the Media center of expertise supporting the marketing Retail Hair teams globally and locally. Next to that you will be responsible for budget management, participates in monthly business delivery and advice media plan optimizations to meet company top & bottom-line objectives. You will centralize and coordinate performance marketing briefs working with brand global and local teams.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES Support on annual planning orchestration to drive discipline and support local brand teams in creating quality media brief working with CMI teams and trade marketing Lead the creation of yearly brand media guidelines Support to brand in Search executional excellence (Keywords review, adcopy best practice, SQR reporting tools Search and update bibles maintenance Competitive tracking and portfolio governance Supervise the creation of divisional Media playbook Coordinate quarterly Digital reviews between agencies, top markets and multifunctional global teams Support on developing media training programs and playbook to raise the Media communication IQ of marketing/ecommerce community team Inputs to design teams on most efficient formats and quantities of executions required

Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of Media offline and online 8-10 years of experience ideally in Media agency or equivalent in FMCG – ideally a global role Experience in Search and Social planning and buying and TV buying model Advanced knowledge of Media planning tools/Omnicom/Google analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager. Fast learner, strong collaboration and communication skills Previous experience with US, Latam or Japan is a plus Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus TV planning/buying/analyzing competences as one of top priorities
