We are looking for the worldwide Community Manager in charge of staffing digital tools and ST employer brand promotion.
This position is directly in charge of developing, deploying and facilitating the global staffing community strategy, programs, processes and tools to ensure that ST can attract and hire the best candidates from the best education in order to support short- and long-term business needs.
The position covers staffing community strategy, creation and publication of digital content, facilitation of social medias, digital market intelligence, e-services to candidates, development of HR professionals and managers, and global partnerships with digital actors.
The job holder is the program manager for ST digital staffing program and drive the local implementation of programs like: employee contributions in social medias, country/site employer communication, local digital events, induction e-learning, or local digital partnerships.


  • We are looking for a candidate with an excellent knowledge of social medias (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter…), including specific ones for technologies (software, electronics, IA…), a strong web culture, redactional and marketing skills, and some experience in these fields.
    Soft skills are important in term of diversity and inclusion, group facilitation, autonomy (self-organized), listening, curiosity, empathy and self-energy management.
    Fluent English is a must. Italian and/or French languages are a plus.
